Woman & Invisible Iranian Cinema Festival

invisible-cinema2014Farzad performed music at opening reception and closing of the third “Festival Cinema Invisible” at Proctor’s Theatre, Schenectady, NY on June 5th 2014. He also attended the discussion panel after documentary Movies: “Back Vocal”, “Scorpio” and “Off Beat” regarding Rock and Underground music in Iran.

He performed a few pieces from album “Four” and “Five” and couple of improvisation pieces as solo performance.

Also during this 4 day festival an art exhibition which included 3 of Farzad Artworks was held.

Many thanks to Dr. Mahmood Karimi-Hakak, Elahe Golpari and all friends who made such a memorable evening.

“Woman, Dream, Nightmare” performance

woman-dream-nightmareFarzad Golpayegani composed music for “Woman, Dream, Nightmare” performance by Soroosh Milanizadeh in Mohsen Art Gallery in Tehran/Iran.

Performance, or “Moving Frames” as it is called by Milanizadeh, was performed starring Baran Kosari, Negar Javaherian and Mona Shah.
